For Belgium Visa Applicants

Concerning to your Belgium visa, Belgian authorities are only responsible for the decision of your visa application. Hence European Language Center SCS do not have any influence or responsibility on the decisions of these authorities.

However, EULC do provide all the necessary documents related to your registration for one of our European Language Center programs and invitation letter. With these documents, you could both participate our programs and submit these documents at your visa application. In case of that Belgian authorities require more documents from EULC in your application process, we are always willing to provide them precisely for you.

Additionally, Belgium visa applicants must provide precisely all their personal documents required by the Embassy/Consulate of Belgium in their application process.

Language Education for Short – Term Duration stay in Belgium (less than 90 days)

In the aim of participating to one of our short-term programs (less than 90 days) in Belgium, you must apply for tourist visa.

Language Education for Long – Term Duration stay in Belgium (more than 90 days)

In the aim of participating to one of our long-term programs (more than 90 days) in Belgium, you must apply for the visa type D. Hence you could stay and participate to our long-term language programs at European Language Center.

* Please note that there might be more additional required documents even though it is not mentioned in the official official visa requirements. Hence please check once again all the required documents with the unique official agency (VFS Global) authorized by Belgian authorities before your visa application.
